By using Tikatel services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Tikatel provides communication-related services including hosted PBX solutions, VoIP services, business phone systems, international numbers, call forwarding, softphone services, CRM integrations, and related tools.
Services may change, improve, or be discontinued from time to time without prior notice.
2. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Service Availability
Tikatel works to provide reliable services, however uninterrupted or error-free service cannot be guaranteed. Service quality and availability may depend on internet connectivity, third-party providers, customer equipment, maintenance, or circumstances outside Tikatel’s control.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Tikatel services for:
- unlawful activities
- fraud or abuse
- spam or unauthorized communications
- harmful or disruptive behavior
- activities that interfere with network performance or security.
Tikatel may suspend or terminate services that violate these Terms.
5. Phone Numbers and Porting
Number transfers and porting requests depend on third-party carriers and availability. Tikatel cannot guarantee successful transfer, retention, or availability of all phone numbers.

Customers agree to pay all applicable service fees, taxes, and charges associated with their account.
Failure to make payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
Unless otherwise stated, payments are non-refundable.
8. Third-Party Services
Some Tikatel features may rely on third-party services, carriers, software, or integrations. Tikatel is not responsible for interruptions, failures, or issues caused by third parties.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tikatel shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of business, revenue, profits, or data resulting from the use or inability to use the services.
10. Privacy
Use of Tikatel services is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to Services or Terms
Tikatel may update services or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the services after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
12. Termination
Tikatel may suspend or terminate services for violations of these Terms, unpaid balances, suspected abuse, or unlawful activity. Customers may stop using the services at any time.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada.
