1. Our Commitment

At Tikatel, our primary goal is to provide reliable and stable communication services for our customers, even in challenging or restricted environments.

We continuously work with multiple international carriers, vendors, and routing providers to maintain the best possible service quality, connectivity, and availability.

2. Scope of Services

Tikatel provides communication services including:

  • Hosted PBX systems
  • Business phone lines
  • VoIP services
  • Virtual numbers (DID)
  • Call forwarding
  • Number porting
  • PIN-less calling / calling cards
  • SMS services and marketing
  • VPN services
  • Communication and CRM integrations

3. Nature of Services

Our services depend on external infrastructure, including:

  • Telecom carriers
  • Routing providers
  • Internet networks
  • Customer devices
  • Regional and regulatory conditions

While we make every effort to provide stable and high-quality services, performance may vary based on these external factors.

4. Routing & Network Management

Tikatel may change routing paths, carriers, vendors, and technical configurations at any time without prior notice to maintain connectivity and improve service performance.

5. Pricing & Rate Policy

Our pricing is designed to remain fair and competitive based on real-time network and vendor costs. However:

  • Rates may change without prior notice
  • Rates may vary based on routing and destination
  • Displayed or announced rates may differ from final billing

6. Billing & Charges

All services are billed based on actual usage, including:

  • Call duration
  • Connection time
  • Billing increments
  • Connection fees
  • SMS usage
  • Data usage (VPN)

7. Prepaid Services & No Refund Policy

All Tikatel services are provided on a prepaid basis. All payments are final and non-refundable once the service is:

  • Activated
  • Provisioned
  • Assigned
  • Accessed or used

This applies to all services, including calling credit, PBX, virtual numbers, SMS, and VPN.

8. VPN Services

VPN services depend on network conditions, ISPs, and regional restrictions. Tikatel does not guarantee:

  • Access to specific platforms
  • Speed or stability
  • Continuous connectivity

9. SMS Services

Customers are responsible for:

  • Message content
  • Recipient consent
  • Compliance with applicable laws
  • Terms and Policy

Tikatel is not responsible for message delivery issues or carrier filtering.

10. Service Expectations

Tikatel makes every reasonable effort to provide stable, reliable, and high-quality services. However, due to the nature of global telecommunications, uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed at all times.

11. Account Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Securing their account
  • All activity under their account
  • Monitoring usage and balances

12. Fraud & Misuse

Tikatel reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in cases of:

  • Fraud
  • Abnormal usage
  • Unauthorized use
  • Violation of these Terms

13. Limitation of Liability

Tikatel shall not be liable for:

  • Service interruptions
  • Call failures
  • Message delivery failures
  • VPN performance issues

Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer.

14. Payment & Agreement

By making a payment or using Tikatel services, the customer confirms:

  • Acceptance of these Terms
  • Understanding that pricing may vary
  • Acceptance that all services are non-refundable

This agreement is legally binding.

15. Chargebacks

Chargebacks initiated after service activation or usage may be considered a violation of this agreement. Tikatel reserves the right to provide usage and billing records to dispute such claims.

16. Changes to Terms

Tikatel may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
